The 2000 Central and Eastern Regional Shows will be three-
day events Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with move-in day
(starting at 8:00 AM) oil the Thursday prior to the show.
Exhibitors arriving on Wednesday must pay ail overnight
charge per stall used. Move-out must be done by 12:00
noon on Monday following the show. On Saturday at each
show, classes will be judged in two arenas at the same time.

The shows are scheduled to begin promptly at 8:00 AM each day. Breaks will be taken as scheduled. Other breaks may be added. If necessary, any and all of the breaks may be short. Time permitting, evening sessions are scheduled to be FORMAL. Formal attire for exhibitors is an option and is not mandatory.

REGIONAL SHOW MANAGEMENT

Show Manager

Sid Hutchcraft, AMHA Manager of Special Events and Programs, will serve as the Show Manager at the Central and Eastern Regional Shows.

Entry Processing

The AMHA Show Department will receive and process all entries in the AMHA Office through the closing date of each show. All class changes and late stall requests, after the closing date for each show, must be sent to the show secretary, Nancy Braesicke.

Photographer

The photographer, Liz MeMillan, will be present to take pictures of all Regional Grand and Reserve Grand Champions and Special Award recipients for the AMHA. These will be published later in the MINIATURE HORSE WORLD. Liz McMillan will also assist with other class winners and all other exhibitor requests for pictures. All pictures, except those Grand and Reserve Champions and Special Awards requested by AMHA, are at the sole expense of the exhibitor/owner requesting such.

Music and Announcing

Music will be included to add to the pageantry of the Shows. Bob Ravel (Central Regional) and Pain Paden (Eastern Regional) will handle the announcing responsibilities in the main arenas at the Shows.

Computer

Ken Porter will serve as Computer Consultant and will tally all class results to determine Regional Winners.
